Leeds United reportedly paid Barcelona 15 million euros for Junior Firpo in 2021. The 26-year-old has a valid contract with Leeds until June 2024.

The 26-year-old is considered to be one of the best football players in Dominican Republic.

They are hoping that if Leeds go down, Firpo will be available for as little as €10 million. A deal would be much harder to do if Leeds were to stay up under recently installed boss Javi Gracia. They would then demand a higher fee for the 26-year-old, who does want to move on to play European football.”

Inter will have to come up with the right proposal to convince Junior Firpo to join the club.

If Junior Firpo is available for the right price, then he could be a clever acquisition for Inter.

Firpo will be an ideal choice for Simone Inzaghi as he ticks all the right boxes in terms of what he demands from his defenders.

Stylistically, he would be a great fit at San Siro Stadium.
