Newcastle will have to present a really enticing offer to bring Leeds United to the negotiating table. They have the resources to tempt them but it will be interesting to see if they are willing to overpay for the player.

The Whites would be wise to keep the England international, but if they do let him go expect it to be for a hefty sum.
