Tottenham Hotspur poised to land Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi
The summer transfer window is still a three months away from officially opening up. However, that does not often stop clubs for making offers to buy players from other clubs. According to multiple reports emanating from England, Tottenham are poised to land Crystal Palace young centre-back Marc Guehi.

His impressive performances this season have apparently caught the eye of some of Europe’s big clubs.
Adding a centre-back remains Tottenham’s top priority this summer and they will have drafted a shortlist of a number of possible targets they could approach in the coming monhts.
Someone with Marc Guehi’s skillset and potential will no doubt be an excellent signing for Tottenham Hotspur.
The former Chelsea man heavily relies on his ability to read the game. It is coupled with his sensible tackling and an excellent sense of positioning, allowing him to repel most of the danger in the defensive third. He will add a new dimension to Tottenham’s defense.

According to the report, “Tottenham Hotspur are £20million short in their pursuit of Crystal Palace defender Marc Guehi. Defensive reinforcements will be required at Tottenham in the summer, regardless of who their manager is. At centre-back, they are looking for someone who can be a more reliable partner for Cristian Romero. Tottenham will be keeping their options open, but Guehi is one of their main targets. The Evening Standard revealed in February that the former Chelsea product is on their radar.”
Crystal Palace are reluctant to let Guehi go, but a big enough bid could persuade them to sell.
The Spurs are showing interest in signing centre-back, but will have to dig deep to land him.
