West Ham looking to loan Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Aaron Wan-Bissaka is getting closer to West Ham United day by day as transfer talk continues to intensify. Reports in the British media claim West Ham are looking to loan Manchester United right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
The 25-year-old has been with Manchester United since 2019, having signed for the club from Crystal Palace for 55 million euros. His current deal expires in 2024 (Manchester United have option for one more year).
The right-back has featured in only one match for United this term in all competitions.
He’s incredibly experienced for a 25-year-old and still has tons of room for growth.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has represented England at Under-20 and Under-21 level, winning five caps.
The 25-year-old is one of the more likely players to be offloaded by Manchester United this winter and the list of suitors in the England international continues to grow.
Wan-Bissaka has been identified as one of the key targets to improve the defensive department. David Moyes is a firm fan of Manchester United right-back and West Ham could make a move for the player if the financial aspect makes sense.
The Hammers are in the market for just a handful of statement signings who can improve the first-team.
The former Crystal Palace man is comfortable playing out from the back and given Moyes’ demands, that would fit in perfectly with his tactics. He has the quality and the experience to make an immediate impact.
