The upcoming transfer window is set to witness a lot of quality wingers switching clubs. Italian source report that AC Milan poised to land Newcastle United star Allan Saint-Maximin. The France international has been subject to interest from various European clubs.

Newcastle spent 18 million euros to sign him from Nice in the summer of 2019. The 26-year-old has three years left on his current contract which expires in 2026.

The winger has found the back of the net on one occasion and picked up three assists in 22 matches for Newcastle this season across various competitions.

With the 23-year-old’s deal expiring in 2024, Milan could be forced into a sale – boosting Chelsea’s transfer hopes. Consequently, the Rossoneri have identified potential replacements. Saint-Maximin is joined on the list by Club Brugge’s Noa Lang.”

If Milan can agree on a fee with Newcastle, the deal should be easy to complete.
