Dusan Vlahovic’s time at Juventus could soon end as a whole host of clubs are lining up to sign him. The reports in England suggested that Real Madrid are willing to buy Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic. He has been subject to interest from various European clubs.

The Serbia international was signed by Juventus in January 2022 from Fiorentina for a fee of 82 million euros. He has a contract until 2026 with the club.

The striker has found the back of the net on 10 occasions and picked up three assists in 21 matches for Juventus this season across various competitions.

He is considered to be one of the best strikers in Serbia. Vlahovic has also left his mark at the international stage after netting ten goals in 19 senior appearances for the Serbia national team.

The Spanish giants have built a reputation for recruiting young talent from within Europe, predominantly targeting those with sell-on value and immense potential.

Carlo Ancelotti wants to sign a new striker and Dusan Vlahovic is one of the names at the top of his wishlist. Someone with Vlahovic’s skillset will undoubtedly add more quality to Ancelotti‘s attack.

AS says Juventus had accepted an offer of €100-120m from a Premier League club – believed to be United – in January and was ready to part with the Serb last month. However, Vlahovic’s agent intervened and blocked the deal, insisting the striker see out the season before they reassess their position over the summer. As such, Real Madrid are ready to move for the 23 year-old. The Spanish giants are planning to move for Vlahovic, who they see as a natural successor for veteran Karim Benzema.”

La Liga giants will have to present a really enticing offer to bring Juventus to the negotiating table. They have the resources to tempt them but it will be interesting to see if they are willing to overpay for the player.
